Please allow for up to 7 days for orders to be prepared and shipped out.
Orders are shipped via USPS. For orders up to $100, your shipment will cost a flat rate of $7. If you spend $100 or more, we will ship for free!
For local orders we offer an in-store pick up option or free local delivery (city of Beacon or Fishkill). If you live outside our delivery area, we will let you know and request you come pick-up the item(s).
We do not issue refunds for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged during transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the shipping carrier. We will provide a tracking number for all shipments.
Orders placed online for In-Store Pick-up are available right away. You can pick up during any open hours. To double check we are open, you can call us at, (845) 418 - 4840. You may also call from outside the shop for curb-side pick-up. Please pick up within 2 weeks. Orders not picked up within 1 month may be donated.
We do not accept returns, you must carefully inspect your item(s) before purchase.
Online Shipment Returns:
Returns are accepted if we receive the item back at the shop within 2 weeks of purchase, in the same like-new or new condition it left. You must pay for return shipping. We will offer a store credit only applied to your customer account.
In Store Pick-up for Online Items:
If you are doing in-store pick-up for an online purchase, you may come to try on the item. If it does not work-out, you must return the item the same day, which must be within 1 week of purchase. We will offer a store credit only applied to your customer account.
We collect user provided information. Information is collected through the use of web forms including but not limited to contact forms, sign up forms and checkout forms. User information collected for example would be names, email addresses and phone numbers. If you make a purchase through our website payments are processed through a trusted third party encrypted gateway. BLACKBIRD ATTIC does not collect and store credit card information. All payment details are handled by the secure third party processor.
