All orders are shipped via USPS.
For local customers, we offer free local delivery within the City of Beacon and Fishkill, or you may select in-store pickup at checkout.
If you live outside our delivery area, we’ll contact you to arrange in-store pickup instead.
We are not responsible for lost, unclaimed, or undeliverable packages. If a package is damaged in transit or returned as undeliverable/unclaimed, it is the customer’s responsibility to contact the shipping carrier directly.
A tracking number will be provided for all shipments.
Orders placed online for in-store pickup are typically ready right away and can be collected during our open hours. To confirm our current hours, please call (845) 418-4840.
You may also call from outside for curbside pickup.
Please pick up your order within 2 weeks. Orders not picked up within 1 month may be donated.
All sales are final. Please inspect your items carefully before purchasing.
If you selected in-store pickup for an online order, you may try on the item when you come in. If it doesn’t work out, it must be returned the same day and within 1 week of purchase for store credit applied to your account.
